Anjali Varma is the mom of 2 boys, Kavi (5 years old) and Nyan (3 years old) and the owner of Kidville, a children’s enrichment facility located in downtown Bethesda. Kidville offers classes for newborn – 6 years old, retail, music lessons, haircuts, and birthday parties.
Like most modern moms, Anjali is continually trying to “stay on top of it all” while juggling multiple roles including mom, entrepreneur, wife, friend, daughter, working parent, and parenting contributor. Anjali’s goal is to provide a resource and ally for modern, time starved, involved parents like herself. Through short videos, tv segments and blog posts, she provides content, commentary, and tips on topics that are relevant to the Modern Mompreneur and any mom who is trying to juggle it all.
Anjali is a regular contributor to Huffington Post Parents. She has provided parenting tips on WUSA 9 CBS, NBC-4, FOX 5, and “Let’s Talk Live”. Anjali and her business have also been featured on Fox 5, ABC 7′s “Washington Business Report” and in The Washington Business Journal.
Anjali holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). She lives in Bethesda, MD with her husband and 2 sons.
