How many of you wish you worked out more? Or have every intention of getting to the gym but have a tough time making the intention a reality? For me, working out is a must-do as a stress reliever and equalizer. I make every effort to do 3-4 times a week but it isn’t always easy to get to the gym. And with so many things going on, it isn’t always easy to make a priority. Believe me I get it!
